Leyonne Farm is ideally situated for touring in Cornwall. Both the South & North coasts of the county are easily accessible for those wishing to walk , sail , or surf. There are many local attractions including The Eden Project , Lanhydrock House , The Lost Gardens of Heligan and the well filmed port of Charlestown. Visitors can make use of a footpath through the farm which joins the Saints Way and continues on into the small harbour town of Fowey , approx 1½ miles . Here they will find many excellent pubs & eating places , a good selection of shops & galleries , with river trips & boat hire from the town quay. (seasonal) The Daphne Du Maurier festival is held in the town during May and in August there is an extremely popular local Regatta , with a street carnival display by the Red Arrows and spectacular firework display.
Staying on a farm must include the animals and we have a herd of friesian milking cows and young stock . Some poultry and a few friendly sheep , all on hand for you to see.
